Biography

Born in New York City in 1989, Cordelia graduated with honors from Wesleyan University in 2012 with majors in Printmaking and Art History. She moved to Austin in 2012 to apprentice in fine art printmaking under Master Printmakers Tracy Mayrello and Katherine Brimberry at Flatbed Press & Gallery in Austin, Texas, and became a Master Printer herself in 2017.

Her work focuses on examining the traces individuals leave on their communities. She uses the medium of printmaking with its multiplied marks and repetition as a further expression of the various ways we impact our environments.

In 2018, she transitioned to apply her love of marketing and branding to her roles at ArtProfiler and Sesa Pure.

Today, Cordelia is pursuing her MBA at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. She maintains a printmaking practice through her part-ownership of Creekside Studio, Austin’s newest printmaking space.
